We recommend participants wear comfortable clothing, bring a blanket or shawl if cold, and also bring a cushion to sit for the 1 hour meditation.

Each program consists of:

  • 1 hour Meditation
  • 45min-1 hour Bhajans (spiritual songs)
  • Aarti (waiving of the sacred light)
  • Prasad (Blessed food)
  • Personal Darshan with Sri Swamiji
